In 1998 I became Manager and Human Resources manager in the field of Financial Consultancy, reaching the point of selecting, recruiting, coordinating, managing, training and supporting thousands of professionals in the financial sector, collaborating with the main companies in the banking and financial sector.

I build commercial networks all over the world and help people realize their dreams and become professionals in their sector, building healthy, solid and long-lasting structures.
