A NHeo is a collectively-owned, blockchain-governed organization working towards a shared mission, which is to invite people to unite, to understand and wisely adopt new technologies, in order to organize themselves to create projects that improve the general conditions on a psycho, physical, economic, social and environmental levels; due to the urgency to build the Society of the Future and welcoming all those who resonate, and want to commit themselves by making their knowledge, skills and experiences available for the good of all.

The NHeO has built-in treasuries that no one has the authority to access without the approval of the group. Decisions are governed by proposals and voting to ensure everyone in the organization has a voice, and everything happens transparently on-chain, in fact, blockchain-based rules baked into the smartcontract code define how the organization works and how funds are spent.

Here's a few examples of how we of Harmonious Paradise use this kind of dynamics:

• A charity – for accept donations from anyone in the world and vote on which causes to fund

• Collective ownership – for purchase physical or digital assets and members can vote on how to use them.

• Ventures and grants – for create a fund that pools investment capital and votes on ventures to back. Repaid money will be redistributed amongst NHeO-members.
