A non-governmental organization (NGO) is a non-profit organization, independent of states and international governmental organizations, engaged in a wide range of activities, often of a humanitarian or social character. Typically they are funded through donations.

The NGO made up of some exponents of Harmonious Paradise in the Dominican Republic has the status of a charity and has the recognition of a humanitarian purpose for which the assets in its name become not foreclosable and not seizable.

The land on which the center will be built will be in the NGO's belly as a further and therefore complete protection for the participants.

the amount to be paid for the purchase of the land requires half to be paid immediately and the other half to be paid one year later. This condition exists thanks to the ONG.
