Anti-ageing practies

Anti-ageing practices are therapies designed to slow down, stop and even reverse ageing which, according to recent studies, is known to be a real molecular and sub-molecular degenerative disease.

Hormonal injections and enormous doses of vitamins and minerals are the clumsy attempt to stop biological time. Ageing occurs from day zero due to a lack of water: the more water is missing, the more we get older and lose functionality, creating imbalances and even genetic mutations. The elimination of excess toxins together with hydration with water and its organic solutes slow down, stop and reverse aging.

To achieve this, therapeutic fasting is needed to cleanse the body, as well as specific nutrition to nourish and hydrate adequately. Priority must also be placed in the environment.
